Yayyyy!! Congrats on sharing your story, now we will dive right into the dancing 🧠🥳💚💃🏽🕺🏼

This “Dork Dancing training” will be guided/ rooted in my own experience. Because this process worked for me, I carry hope that this process might work well for you too. Here you can learn more about MY journey of becoming more comfortable/ confident with dancing (HINT — it was a process).  

We will be going on a similar journey to the one I embarked on years ago, but you won’t be alone. I’ll always be here, with you, cheering you on and dancing with you from afar.

To start us off, we ask that you START in your Room because the HEART of Dork Dancing starts indoors. It’s the best training ground to gain comfort and confidence too. Here you can read more to understand more powerfully why we are starting Dork Dancing in our rooms.
