The Party is Waiting

Our Services

  • The Dork Dancing Energizer is a short, high-energy session designed to instantly lift spirits, loosen bodies, and energize groups. Lasting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes, it’s perfect for conferences, meetings, retreats, classrooms, assemblies, or any event that needs a playful boost. Participants are guided through freeform dance prompts that break the ice and unlock creativity. No dance experience is required—just a willingness to move and have fun. The Energizer reminds everyone that it’s okay (and powerful) to look a little silly in the name of joy.

  • The Dork Dancing Fitness Class is a full-body workout disguised as pure fun. Set to upbeat music, this 30- to 60-minute class blends freeform dance and simple follow-along moves. Unlike traditional fitness classes, there’s no focus on technique, choreography, or perfection. Instead, participants are encouraged to move their bodies in whatever way feels good, playful, and freeing. It’s a judgment-free zone where sweat, smiles, and self-expression are the goals. Great for boosting physical health, mental well-being, and confidence—all while feeling like a joyful, dancing dork.

  • Dork Dancing Fitness for Seniors is a fun, lighthearted workout that keeps older adults active, energized, and smiling. This 30- to 45-minute class combines gentle cardio, balance exercises, and simple, joyful dance movements set to upbeat music from across the decades. Movements can be done standing or seated, making the class accessible for all fitness levels. The emphasis is not on perfect steps—it’s on feeling good, having fun, and celebrating every move. Alongside the physical benefits like improved strength, mobility, and coordination, participants enjoy laughter, connection, and a boost of mental well-being. Because at any age, it’s never too late to dance like nobody’s watching.

  • Dork Dancing Parties are all about letting loose, laughing hard, and dancing your heart out—without any pressure to look cool. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, team celebrations, graduations, or just because, these parties blend freeform dance jams and uplifting music to create a contagious atmosphere of pure joy. Guests are invited to ditch the self-consciousness, embrace their inner dork, and move however they feel inspired—whether that’s twirling, wiggling, or inventing brand-new moves.

Dork Dancing is a blast! If you want to add movement, fun and connection to your event...bring in Ethan to facilitate Dork Dancing. Ethan engaged our attendees from the moment the music turned on. He invited folks to share a move and then teach it to the group. This gave people an idea of what dork moves to try and felt very inviting. Ethan does a great job sharing the mental health connection to movement to music. In our evaluation, both formal and informal, we got two big thumbs up for Dork Dancing. We will be having him back next year!!
— Jo Burns, Colorado Public Health Parks & Rec Summit 2023
Ethan and Natalia came to Bear Valley to host assemblies and a full school Dork Dancing event! The staff and students had so much fun in both the assembly and the dancing event. Ethan and Natalia were flawless in their approach of a heavy topic - mental health, while incorporating fun and movement. Our students were engaged and are excited to have them back! One student said, “to be honest, Dork Dancing was so much fun. It was dorky and fun. We should do it again next year!
— Lindsay McCool, School Social Worker
Our class enjoyed learning how we can dance to be ourselves without feeling embarrassed. Dork Dancing lets us feel free. It makes us FEEL GOOD! After we get our craziness out, we felt calm. Thank you for sharing the mission with us in a kid friendly manner. We can’t wait to have you come back next year for another DORK Dancing assembly.
