How It Works

  1. Schedule: Find a time that works for you.

  2. Dance (with Ethan, founder of Dork Dancing): Move together for up to 15 minutes. No steps, no rules. Just be present. Bring some song requests! OR, Ethan will pick the songs if you don’t come with any.

  3. Reflect: Notice how you feel. Share if you want.

    This is NOT dance therapy. But it can be therapeutic.
